31 – Abu Sufyan narrated, from Abu Nadrah, from Abu Saʿid (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “A person prostrates on seven bones: his forehead, his hands, his knees, and the fronts of his feet. When any of you goes into prostration, let him place each limb in its proper position; and when he bows, let him not drop himself the way a donkey does.”
