He said, ‘They will reply: “That is because Allah, Mighty and Majestic, revealed Himself to us, and what we beheld of Him concealed us from you.”’
He said, ‘Every seven days, they will have twice what they had before. That is the meaning of Allah Most High’s words:
“No soul knows what delights are kept hidden for them as a reward for what they used to do.” (17) [al-Sajdah 17]’
غيرها قال فيقولن ذلك بأن الله عز وجل تجلى لنا فنظرنا منه إلى ما خفينا به عليكم قال فلهم في كل سبعة أيام الضعف على ما كانوا فيه وذلك قول الله تعالى فَلَا تَعْلَمُ نَفْسٌ مَا أُخْفِيَ لَهُمْ مِنْ قُرَّةِ أَعْيُنٍ جَزَاءً بِمَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
