The same applies to His name al-Salām (Peace). It is authentically reported in Sahīh Muslim from Thawbān that, upon finishing his prayer, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would seek forgiveness three times, then say:

“O Allah, You are Peace, and from You comes peace. Blessed are You, O Possessor of Majesty and Honor.”

He thus affirmed that Allah Himself is Peace and that peace comes from Him.

As for his fifth point, that Allah Most High said, “and made darkness and light”
