‘Abd al-Rahmān, from his father, from Abū Hurayrah, and from ‘Abd Allāh ibn ‘Amr ibn al-‘Ās, who said: “I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, say: ‘The pen has dried in accordance with Allah’s knowledge.’”
