and the mountains in their vicinity. That wind passed over them without destroying them, even though He, Exalted is He, said that it “destroys everything by its Lord’s command.” [Surah al-Ahqāf, verse 25]
Likewise, when He says, “Allah is the Creator of all things,” He does not mean to include Himself, His knowledge, or His speech among created things. Concerning the Queen of Sheba, He, Exalted is He, said:
“And she has been given of all things.” [al-Naml 23]
Yet Solomon possessed something she had not been given. Likewise, when He says, “the Creator of all things,” He does not mean to include His speech among created things.
والجبال التي كانت بحضرتهم قد أتت عليها تلك الريح ولم تدمرها وقد قال تعالى إنها تُدَمِّرُ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ بِأَمْرِ رَبِّهَا
[سورة الأحقاف الآية ٢٥]
فكذلك إذا قال اللَّهُ خَالِقُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ فلا يعني نفسه ولا علمه ولا كلامه مع الأشياء المخلوقة وقال تعالى لملكة سبأ وَأُوتِيَتْ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ

وقد ملك سليمان شيء لم تؤته فكذلك إذا قال خَالِقُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ لا يعني به كلامه مع الأشياء المخلوقة
