For each reply I have sent you, you may make a request of Me.” So I said, “O Allah, forgive my community! O Allah, forgive my community!”’”

Here, then, he struck Ubayy’s chest with his hand to rebuke him and dispel the doubt in his heart. He would also place his blessed hand in water, whereupon water would gush forth from between his fingers.
