Abū Dharr, who said: “The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saw his Lord with his heart.”

Al-Khallāl narrated: Muhammad ibn al-Haytham narrated to us; ‘Amr ibn ‘Awn narrated to us; Hushaym informed us, from Mansūr, from al-Hakam, from Ibrāhīm al-Taymī, from his father, from Abū Dharr, who said concerning the verse:

“And he certainly saw him in another descent” (13) [al-Najm 13]:

“He saw Him with his heart
