They will be told, ‘You have lied! Allah never had a consort or a son. What do you want?’ They will say, ‘We want you to give us something to drink.’ They will be told, ‘Drink!’ Then they will tumble into Hell, until only those who used to worship Allah, righteous and wicked alike, remain.

They will be asked, ‘What is keeping you here? Everyone else has gone.’ They will say, ‘We parted from them when our need for them was greater than it is today. We heard a caller proclaim, “Let every people follow what they used to worship,” and we are waiting for our Lord.’

Then the Compeller will come to them in a form other than the one in which they saw Him the first time. He will say, ‘I am your Lord.’ They will say, ‘You are our Lord.’ Only the prophets will speak to Him. He will ask, ‘Is there a sign between you and Him by which you will recognize Him?’ They will say, ‘The shin.’ Then He will uncover His shin, and every believer will prostrate before Him. But whoever used to prostrate to Allah for show and to gain a reputation will remain. He will attempt to prostrate, but his back will become one solid piece.
