There are other authentic hadiths concerning laughter that he did not mention, such as the report in the two Sahīhs from Abū Hurayrah that the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said:

“Allah laughs at two men, one of whom kills the other, yet both enter Paradise. One is killed in Allah’s cause; then Allah accepts the killer’s repentance, and he too is martyred in Allah’s cause.”
