could it be impossible for the Creator of all things, the One, the All-Subduing, to descend to His servants and call to them during a third of their night, even though its timing differs from one group to another? He—glory be to Him—is not distracted by one matter from another. He does not need to descend to one group and then descend to another. Rather, at the same moment, when one group is in that third of the night and another is at dawn, He descends to the lowest heaven of the former and ascends from the lowest heaven of the latter. So glory be to Allah, the One, the All-Subduing!
“Glory be to your Lord, the Lord of Might, far above what they ascribe to Him! {180} And peace be upon the messengers. {181} And praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds. {182}”
