and said:
“The Most Merciful rose over the Throne, as He has described Himself. One must not ask how; the question of ‘how’ is not to be raised concerning Him. You are an innovator. Expel him.”

Imam Yahyā ibn Yahyā al-Naysābūrī also narrated it from him, with the wording:
“He said, ‘Rising over the Throne is not unknown; its manner cannot be comprehended. Belief in it is obligatory, and asking about it is an innovation.’”
