We hold that one should pray for the rulers of the Muslims to be upright and acknowledge their authority. We regard as misguided those who advocate rebelling against them when they manifest a departure from upright conduct. We hold it to be part of our religion to reject armed rebellion and refrain from fighting in times of civil strife.

We affirm that the Dajjāl will appear, as reported from the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace.
