Ninth, al-Mu’min (the Giver of Security). Allah Most High said: “And if two groups of believers fight one another.” [al-Hujurāt 9] He also described Himself with this designation, saying: “Peace, the Giver of Security.” [al-Hashr 23]

Tenth, the Judge. He said: “Surely, judgment belongs to Him.” [al-An‘ām 62] He also applied this designation to us, saying: “Appoint an arbiter from his family and an arbiter from hers.” [al-Nisā’ 35]

Eleventh, the One who shows mercy, the Merciful. This is evident.
