Seventh, He described Himself as “the All-Preserving, the All-Knowing,” and Joseph described himself with these two attributes, saying: “Indeed, I am a knowledgeable guardian.” {55} [Yūsuf 55] He also said: “So We gave him good tidings of a forbearing boy.” {101} [al-Sāffāt 101] And in another verse: “of a learned boy.” {28} [al-Dhāriyāt 28]
Eighth, He called our greeting “peace,” saying: “Their greeting on the Day they meet Him will be ‘Peace.’” [al-Ahzāb 44] He also called Himself “Peace.” After finishing the prayer, the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, would say: “O Allah, You are Peace, and from You comes peace. Blessed are You, O Possessor of Majesty and Honor.”
