His possessing every attribute of perfection and quality of majesty for which He is praised. For one who lacks the attributes of perfection cannot be praised without qualification. At most, he is praiseworthy in one respect but not another. Only one who possesses all the attributes of perfection can deserve every kind of praise, from every perspective and in every respect. If He lacked even one such attribute, the praise due to Him would diminish accordingly.
Likewise, affirming His attribute of mercy entails affirming the attributes it necessarily implies, including life, will, power, hearing, sight, and others.
Similarly, His lordship necessarily implies all His attributes of action, while His divinity necessarily implies every attribute of perfection, both in His essence and in His actions, as explained earlier.
To affirm that He is praised, is God and Lord, the Most Merciful and the Ever-Merciful, King, worshipped and sought for help, guiding and bestowing blessings, pleased and angry—while denying that attributes subsist in Him—is to combine two contradictories. This is utterly impossible.
This approach also establishes the attributes known through revelation in two ways:
First, they are necessary implications of His absolute perfection. His rising over His Throne necessarily follows from His exaltedness, and His descent every night to the lowest heaven during the second half of the night necessarily follows from His mercy and lordship. The same applies to the other attributes known through revelation.
Second, revelation has affirmed these attributes in praise and commendation of Allah, and as a means by which He makes Himself known to His servants. Denying them and distorting what they signify and were intended to convey contradicts the very purpose for which they were revealed. Thus, you may appeal to revelation to establish that they are attributes of perfection, and you may also establish this through reason, as explained above.

How it refutes the Jabriyyah
It does so in several ways:
First, by affirming the all-encompassing praise due to Him, glorified is He. This entails that He does not punish His servants
