28- “They report from ‘Umar that he killed his father.”
This is a fabrication, for ‘Umar’s father died in the pre-Islamic era, before the Messenger (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) was sent.

ومنها*: ٢٨- «وَيَرْوُونَ عَنْ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ قَتَلَ أَبَاهُ» .
هذا كذبٌ فإِنَّ أَبا عمر مات في الجاهلية قبل مبعث الرسول ﷺ.
