between them, after the prophets—Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, and Jesus son of Mary—have each declined the request for intercession until it is finally brought to him.
206 – The second intercession: he will intercede for the people of Paradise so that they may enter Paradise. These two intercessions are his alone.
207 – The third intercession: he will intercede for those who deserve the Fire. This type of intercession is granted to him, to the other prophets, to the ever-truthful, and to others besides them:
– They will intercede for those who have earned the Fire so that they do not enter it.
– They will intercede for those who have already entered it so that they may leave it.
208 – Allah, exalted is He, will also bring forth from the Fire certain people without any intercession, but solely through the grace of His mercy.
[12 – God will create people for Paradise and admit them to it]
209 – Even after all the inhabitants of this world who are destined for Paradise have entered it, there will still remain in Paradise a surplus of space.
210 – Allah will therefore create additional people for it and will admit them to Paradise.
211 – These are the various categories encompassed by the Abode of the Hereafter: the Reckoning, punishment and reward, Paradise and Hell.
