[13 – Affirming Allah’s exaltedness and other attributes]
146 – He ﷺ said: “O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Magnificent Throne, our Lord and the Lord of all things, Splitter of grain and date-stone, Revealer of the Torah, the Gospel, and the Quran! I seek refuge in You from the evil of every creature whose forelock You hold. O Allah, You are the First—there is nothing before You; You are the Last—there is nothing after You; You are the Most High—there is nothing above You; and You are the Most Near—there is nothing beneath You. Settle my debt for me and free me from poverty.” Reported by Muslim.
[14 – Affirming Allah’s nearness]
147 – When the Companions raised their voices in remembrance, he ﷺ said: “People, be gentle with yourselves, for you are not calling upon One who is deaf or absent. You are calling upon One who hears and is near; indeed, the One you are invoking is closer to each of you than the neck of his mount.” Agreed upon.
