26- “No female carries or delivers except with His knowledge.” (Fāṭir 35:11).

27- His statement, exalted is He: “So that you may know that Allah has power over all things and that Allah has encompassed everything in knowledge.” (Ṭalāq 65:12).

28- His statement, exalted is He: “Indeed, it is Allah who is the Provider, the Possessor of firm power, the Strong.” (Dhāriyāt 51:58).

[The Attributes of Hearing and Sight]

29- His statement, exalted is He: “Nothing is comparable to Him, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Seeing.” (Shūrā 42:11).

30- “Excellent is the admonition Allah gives you; surely Allah has always been All-Hearing, All-Seeing.” (Nisāʾ 4:58).

[The Attribute of Will]

31- His statement, exalted is He: “If only, when you entered your garden, you had said, ‘Whatever Allah wills—there is no power except with Allah.’” (Kahf 18:39).

32- His statement, exalted is He: “Had Allah willed, those who came after them would not have fought one another after clear proofs had come to them; but they differed—some believed and others disbelieved. Had Allah willed, they would not have fought, but Allah does whatever He wills.” (Baqarah 2:253).

33- His statement, exalted is He: “Livestock animals have been made lawful for you, except what is recited to you, while you are forbidden to hunt in the state of pilgrimage. Indeed, Allah decrees whatever He wills.” (Māʾidah 5:1).

رَطْبٍ وَلَا يَابِسٍ إلَّا فِي كِتَابٍ مُّبِينٍ﴾ [الأنعام: ٥٩] . ٢٦-: ﴿وَمَا تَحْمِلُ مِنْ أُنثَى وَلَا تَضَعُ إِلَّا بِعِلْمِهِ﴾ [فاطر: ١١] . ٢٧- وَقَوْلُهُ: ﴿لِتَعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ أَحَاطَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عِلْمًا﴾ [الطلاق: ١٢] . * * * * [صفة القوة] : ٢٨- وَقَوْلُهُ: ﴿إنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الرَّزَّاقُ ذُو الْقُوَّةِ الْمَتِينُ﴾ [الذاريات: ٥٨] . * * * * [صفة السمع وصفة البصر] : ٢٩- وَقَوْلُهُ: ﴿لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِهِ شَيْءٌ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْبَصِيرُ﴾ [الشورى: ١١] . ٣٠-: ﴿إنَّ اللَّهَ نِعِمَّا يَعِظُكُم بِهِ إنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ سَمِيعًا بَصِيرًا﴾ [النساء: ٥٨] . * * * * [صفة الإرادة] : ٣١- وَقَوْلُهُ: ﴿وَلَوْلَا إذْ دَخَلْتَ جَنَّتَكَ قُلْتَ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ لَا قُوَّةَ إلَّا بِاللَّهِ﴾ [الكهف: ٣٩] . ٣٢- وَقَوْلُهُ: ﴿وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ مَا اقْتَتَلَ الَّذِينَ مِن بَعْدِهِم مِّن بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَتْهُمُ الْبَيِّنَاتُ وَلَكِنِ اخْتَلَفُوا فَمِنْهُم مَّنْ آمَنَ وَمِنْهُم مَّن كَفَرَ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ مَا اقْتَتَلُوا وَلَكِنَّ اللَّهَ يَفْعَلُ مَا يُرِيدُ﴾ [البقرة: ٢٥٣] . ٣٣- وَقَوْلُهُ: ﴿أُحِلَّتْ لَكُم بَهِيمَةُ الْأَنْعَامِ إلَّا مَا يُتْلَى عَلَيْكُمْ غَيْرَ مُحِلِّي الصَّيْدِ وَأَنتُمْ حُرُمٌ إنَّ اللَّهَ يَحْكُمُ مَا يُرِيدُ﴾ [المائدة: ١] .
