are the following:
(1) “Permitting Women to Adorn Themselves with Circular Gold Jewellery and a Refutation of al-Albani’s View that It Is Forbidden,” by the esteemed Shaykh Ismaʿil ibn Muhammad al-Ansari (may Allah have mercy on him).
‑ Shaykh al-Albani answered it with his own booklet, “A Response to the Treatise: ‘Permitting Women to Adorn Themselves with Circular Gold Jewellery.’”
‑ He also replied in the introduction to The Etiquette of Weddings in the Purified Sunnah, pp. 5–49.
(2) “Nullifying the Flimsy Authentication of the Ḥadith of the Kneader,” by Hasan ibn ʿAli al-Saqqaf.
(3) “Fulfilling the Need for ‘Ṣaḥīḥ Sunan Ibn Mājah,’” by Shaykh ʿAbd Allah ibn Ṣāliḥ al-ʿUbaylān.
In this work he traces the reports that al-Albani, in Ṣaḥīḥ Sunan Ibn Mājah, attributed to sources other than the two Ṣaḥīḥs, although they are actually found in both of them or in one of the two.
(4) “The Weak Ḥadiths in ‘Silsilat al-Aḥadith al-Ṣaḥīḥah,’” by Ramaḍān Maḥmūd ʿĪsā, devoted exclusively to critiquing Volume 1 of the series.
The Shaykh himself referred to it in the introduction to Volume 1 of Silsilat al-Aḥadith al-Ṣaḥīḥah (p. 4, new edition).
(5) “The Hopeless Man’s Reliance on the Phrase ‘Whoever Claims Consensus Is a Liar,’” by Hasan ibn ʿAli al-Saqqaf.
(6) “The Clear Evidences for the Pre-Friday Sunnah Prayer,” by Hasan ibn ʿAli al-Saqqaf.
(7) “Forcing the Stupid Innovator to Admit the Permissibility of Seeking Intercession through the Prophet: A Refutation of the Detestable al-Albani,” by ʿAbd Allah ibn al-Ṣiddiq al-Ghumari.
The work also circulates under the title “A Treatise Containing a Refutation of al-Albani….” I have examined an image of the author’s own copy and found, in his handwriting, the title “A Treatise Containing a Refutation of al-Albani….” I do not know why it later appeared as “Forcing the Stupid Innovator”; perhaps this was the doing of a publisher hostile to the Shaykh and to his Salafi call. Allah alone is the One whose help is sought.
One printing of “Forcing the Innovator” carries marginal notes written by Hasan ibn ʿAli al-Saqqaf; we shall speak about them in due course.
(8) “Information Clarifying What Escaped the Imām,” by the honourable Shaykh Fahd ibn ʿAbd Allah al-Sunayd (may Allah protect him).
By “the Imām” he means Muhammad Nāṣir al-Dīn al-Albani (may Allah have mercy on him), a mark of the author’s great courtesy toward the Shaykh.
