two are irrevocable: emancipation stipulated to take effect upon the owner’s death, whether stipulated in good health or during illness.

Two are revocable: a bequest of emancipation, and an oath requiring emancipation unless one performs the act sworn to, since the latter may be revoked by fulfilling the oath through doing what one swore to do.

Success comes only through Allah Most High.
