Book of Crop Calamities
Chapter
Explaining the Meaning of a Calamity through the Quran
Allah, Mighty and Majestic, says:
“What they spend in this worldly life is like a wind carrying bitter frost that strikes the crops of people who have wronged themselves and destroys them. Allah has not wronged them; rather, they wrong themselves.” [Āl Imrān: 117]

“or its water may sink deep into the earth, so that you will never be able to reach it.” [al-Kahf: 41]
