which contains accounts of those before you, news of what will come after you, and judgment concerning matters between you. It is decisive, not a jest. Any tyrant who abandons it, Allah will crush; whoever seeks guidance elsewhere, Allah will lead astray. It is Allah’s firm rope, the wise reminder, and the straight path. Through it, desires do not stray and tongues are not confounded. It does not wear out through frequent repetition, its wonders never cease, and scholars never have their fill of it.’”

In another narration:

“Nor do opinions differ through it. When the jinn heard it, they could not help saying, ‘Indeed, we have heard a wondrous Quran * guiding to right conduct.’ Whoever speaks by it speaks the truth; whoever acts upon it is rewarded; whoever judges by it is just; and whoever calls to it is guided to a straight path.”
