“My mercy prevails over My wrath.”
In another wording:
“My mercy has preceded My wrath.”
And his statement that “Say: He is Allah, the One” [al-Ikhlās: 1] is equivalent to one-third of the Quran.
And his statement concerning the Opening of the Book:
“Nothing like it has been revealed in the Torah, the Gospel, the Psalms, or the Quran.”
He thus denied that anything was like it.
And his statement concerning Āyat al-Kursī, that it is the greatest verse in the Quran.
