“My mercy encompasses all things, yet I shall prescribe it for those who are mindful of Me, who give the zakat, and who believe in Our signs—those who follow the Messenger, the unlettered Prophet, whom they find written about in the Torah and the Gospel. He commands them to do what is right and forbids them what is wrong; he makes lawful for them all that is wholesome and declares unlawful for them all that is foul; he relieves them of their burdens and the fetters that were upon them.
