He ﷺ also said:

“Allah has appointed angels at my grave who convey to me the greetings of peace offered by my community.”

He ﷺ further said:

“Send abundant blessings upon me on Friday and on the night before Friday, for your blessings are presented to me.”

They asked, “Messenger of Allah, how will our blessings be presented to you when you have decomposed?”—that is, when your body has decayed.

He replied, “Allah has forbidden the earth to consume the bodies of the prophets.”

And Allah, exalted be He, said in His Book about the polytheists from the people of Noah:

“And they said, ‘Do not abandon your gods, and do not abandon Wadd, nor…’”
