In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful.
May blessings and peace be upon the noblest of messengers, our Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, upon his family and Companions, and upon all who follow them with excellence until the Day of Judgment.
I bear witness that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah—alone without partner—the Lord of the first and the last; and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, whom He selected and made the leader of all the children of Adam.
All praise belongs to Allah, who sent down to the Seal of the messengers and prophets the most complete Book. Through it He dispelled the darkness of ignorance and the causes of punishment, removed the veil from the priceless treasures of knowledge, uncovered the realities, secrets, and beauties of the religion, purified worship for the Mighty Bestower, opened the gate to attaining the aims of both worlds, and, through adherence to it and acting upon it, closed every gate that leads to evil. The downpour of its sciences revives enlightened hearts more abundantly than rain revives the earth; by reflecting on its verses one can distinguish error from truth and husk from kernel. Its words, meanings, rulings, and reports are far above every blemish or flaw: “A blessed Book that We have sent down to you so that they may contemplate its verses and that those of understanding may take heed” (29). Allah has promised those who follow it what is better and more enduring, saying, “Whoever follows My guidance shall neither go astray nor suffer misery” (123).
Conversely, He has threatened all who turn away from it, from every faction, with the Fire: “But whoever disbelieves in it among the factions—the Fire shall be his appointed place,” a warning that applies universally to the unbelievers, and He likened them to wild asses
