this (1) situation is more consistent with the principles and objectives of Islamic law than the view that it is disliked. And Allah knows best.

What the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say after finishing prayer, his sitting afterward, how promptly he would turn away (2) upon its completion, and the remembrances and recitation he prescribed for his community afterward
After giving the salām, he would ask forgiveness three times and say: “O Allah, You are Peace, and from You comes peace. Blessed are You, Possessor of Majesty and Honor” (3).
He would remain facing the qiblah only long enough to say this, then promptly turn to face the congregation.
He would turn to his right and to his left. Ibn Mas‘ūd said: “I often saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) turn to his left.” Anas said: “Most often, I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) turn to his right.” The first report is in the two Sahīh collections (4), and the second is in Muslim (5). ‘Abd Allāh ibn ‘Amr (6) said: “I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) turn to his right and to his left at the end of prayer” (7).
