Mullā ‘Alī al-Qārī (d. 1014 AH) also quoted from it in “Mirqāt al-Mafātīh”: 1/43, 223; 3/1254; 4/1335; 5/1758 (Dār al-Fikr edition), and in “Jam‘ al-Wasā’il fī Sharh al-Shamā’il”: 1/5, 217, 168, 170, 175, 191, 246; 2/119, 182 (al-Matba‘a al-Sharafiyya edition, Egypt).

“Fayd al-Qadīr” by al-Munāwī (d. 1031 AH) contains several passages quoted from it: 1/226, 465; 2/47; 4/188, 341; 5/175, 225; 6/467 (al-Maktaba al-Tijāriyya al-Kubrā edition).

Some quotations from it in “Sharh al-Muwatta’” by al-Zurqānī (d. 1122 AH) appear at: 1/323; 2/53, 526 (Dār al-Kutub al-‘Ilmiyya edition).

Among the hadith commentators who drew extensively on it was al-Amīr al-San‘ānī (d. 1182 AH), who owned a copy and annotated it. He quoted from it very extensively in his two books, “al-Tanwīr Sharh al-Jāmi‘ al-Saghīr” and “Subul al-Salām”. Some examples in “al-Tanwīr” are: 1/210, 270, 280, 287, 298… (Riyadh edition), and in “Subul al-Salām”: 1/123, 131, 159, 165, 185… (Mustafā al-Bābī al-Halabī edition).

Al-Saffārīnī (d. 1188 AH) also quoted extensively from it in “Kashf al-Lithām Sharh ‘Umdat al-Ahkām”, citing it in more than fifty places, including: 1/235; 3/377; 3/439; 4/187, 193; 5/222, 275, 294, 357; 6/44, 52, 232, 311 (Dār al-Nawādir edition).

Al-Shawkānī (d. 1250 AH) quoted extensively from it in “Nayl al-Awtār”: 1/116, 179, 204, 206, 220… and elsewhere (Dār al-Hadīth edition, Egypt).
