Seventh: it is permissible to perform two ‘umrahs in one year—even in one month.
Eighth: someone performing ‘umrah and Hajj separately should add Hajj to the ‘umrah if there is a risk of missing Hajj. The hadith of ‘Ā’ishah establishes this principle.
Ninth: this hadith is the basis for ‘umrah undertaken from Mecca; those who consider it recommended have (2) no other evidence. Neither the Prophet ﷺ nor anyone who performed Hajj with him undertook ‘umrah by setting out from Mecca, except ‘Ā’ishah alone.
