We implore Allah to show us the truth as truth and give us the grace to follow it, to show us falsehood as falsehood and help us avoid it, and not to make us of those who put themselves before Him and His Messenger, nor of those who place human opinions and the products of their own minds above the texts of revelation. He alone is the One we ask to grant us our request and to make it purely for His sake and a means of drawing near to His good pleasure. He is the best One to be asked and the most generous in whom hope is placed. With Him alone is help sought, upon Him alone we rely, and there is no power nor might except through Allah.
