ʿAbd Allāh ibn al-Ḥārith reported that the Prophet ﷺ said: “Allah created three things with His own hand: He created Adam with His hand, He wrote the Torah with His hand, and He planted al-Firdaws with His hand. Then He declared, ‘By My might, no habitual wine-drinker and no dayyūth (a man who tolerates indecency in his family) shall reside therein.’” (1)
In the Ṣaḥīḥ (2) he ﷺ also said: “On the Day of Resurrection the earth will be a single loaf of bread which the Compeller will toss about in His hand just as one of you flips his loaf while travelling—prepared as hospitality for the people of Paradise.”
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would say in the opening of the prayer: “Labbaika wa saʿdaika; all goodness lies in both Your hands.” (3)
And in the Ṣaḥīḥ (4) he ﷺ likewise said: “Indeed, Allah stretches out His hand at night so that the sinner may repent….”
