Among the self-evident truths is that the Messenger—may Allah bless him and grant him peace—who conveyed revelation from Allah, informed the community he summoned that Allah, exalted is He, is above the Throne and beyond the heaven. This accords with the innate disposition upon which Allah created all peoples, Arab and non-Arab alike, both before Islam and after, save only those whose natural instinct has been corrupted by devils.
Likewise, the reports transmitted from the early generations on this point, if gathered together, would run into the hundreds, even the thousands.
