Its chain of transmission meets the criteria of al-Bukhari and Muslim.

As for the words of ʿAbd Allāh ibn Rawāḥa—may Allah be pleased with him—which he recited to the Prophet ﷺ and which the Prophet approved:

I testify that Allah’s promise is true,
and that the Fire is the dwelling of the unbelievers;
that the Throne floats upon the water,
and above the Throne is the Lord of all worlds.
