the heaven and the earth. Just as Your mercy is in the heaven, place Your mercy upon the earth. Forgive us our grave sins and our misdeeds. You are the Lord of the righteous. Send down a mercy from Your Mercy and a healing from Your Healing upon this pain.”

The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: “When any of you complains of an ailment, or when his brother complains, let him say: ‘Our Lord is Allah who is above the heaven…,’” and he recited the remainder of the supplication.
