and this oversight—He acts as He wills: He descends as He wills, boasts as He wills, laughs as He wills, and looks upon (His creation) as He wills. We have no right to imagine the how or the manner. Should the Jahmi say, “I disbelieve in a Lord who departs from His place,” reply, “Rather, I believe in a Lord who does whatever He wills.”
