Chapter Eight: The Beast

The emergence of the Beast from the earth at the end of time is a sign that the Hour is near, as established by the Quran and Sunnah.

Evidence for Its Emergence:

A. Evidence from the Noble Quran:

Allah Most High says:

“When the Word is fulfilled against them, We will bring forth for them a beast from the earth that will speak to them, for people had no certainty in Our signs.” [al-Naml: 82]

This noble verse mentions the emergence of the Beast and explains that it will occur when people become corrupt, abandon Allah’s commands, and alter the true religion. Allah will bring forth for them a beast from the earth, and it will speak to the people about this (1).

The scholars explained that the words of Allah Most High, “When the Word is fulfilled against them,” mean that the threatened punishment will become due against them because of their persistence in disobedience, wickedness, and transgression; their turning away from Allah’s signs; and their failure to reflect upon them and submit to their judgment,

الفصل الثّامن: الدَّابَّة ظهور دابَّة الأرض في آخر الزّمان علامة على قرب السّاعة ثابت بالكتاب والسُّنَّة: * أدلَّة ظهورها: أ- الأدلة من القرآن الكريم: قال الله تعالى: ﴿وَإِذَا وَقَعَ الْقَوْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ أَخْرَجْنَا لَهُمْ دَابَّةً مِنَ الْأَرْضِ تُكَلِّمُهُمْ أَنَّ النَّاسَ كَانُوا بِآيَاتِنَا لَا يُوقِنُونَ﴾ [النمل: ٨٢]. فهذه الآية الكريمة جاء فيها ذكر خروج الدَّابَّة، وأن ذلك يكون عند فساد النَّاس، وتركهم أوامر الله، وتبديلهم الدين الحق، يُخْرِج الله لهم دابَّة من الأرض، فتكلِّم النَّاس على ذلك (١). قال العلماء في معنى قوله تعالى: ﴿وَإِذَا وَقَعَ الْقَوْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ﴾؛ أيَ: وجب الوعيد عليهم؛ لتماديهم في العصيان والفسوق والطغيان، وإعراضهم عن آيات الله، وتركهم تدبُّرها، والنزول على حكمها،
