They will reply: This must be a man from among the jinn. They will set out and suddenly find themselves before Jesus son of Mary, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. The prayer will then be commenced, and he will be told: Step forward, O Spirit of Allah! He will say: Let your imam step forward and lead you in prayer. Once he has led the dawn prayer, they will go out to confront him. He said: As soon as the liar sees him, he will begin to dissolve (1), just as salt dissolves in water. Jesus will walk toward him and kill him. Indeed, every tree and stone will call out: O Spirit of Allah! Here is a Jew! Thus, he will kill every last one of the Dajjāl’s followers.” (2)

With his death—may Allah curse him—his tremendous tribulation will come to an end. Through Jesus son of Mary—the Spirit of Allah and His Word, peace be upon him—and his believing followers, Allah will save the believers from the evil of the Dajjāl and his followers.
