Thus, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, despite their immensity, is able to recreate the comparatively insignificant human being, as Allah Most High says: “The creation of the heavens and the earth is indeed greater than the creation of humanity, but most people do not know. (57)” [Ghāfir: 57].

D. His manifest wisdom, evident in these created beings to everyone who looks carefully and frees his mind from prejudice and caprice

The All-Wise does not leave people without purpose, nor does He create them in vain, with no commands or prohibitions and no recompense for their deeds.

Allah Most High says: “Did you then think that We had created you in vain and that you would not be returned to Us? (115) Exalted is Allah, the True Sovereign!” [al-Mu’minūn: 115–116].

Allah Most High also says: “We did not create the heavens and the earth and all that is between them in play. (38) We created them only in truth, but most of them do not know.” [al-Dukhān: 38–39].

It is therefore clear to anyone who contemplates the wonders of these created beings and reflects upon their order and precise design that everything was created according to a measure, and everything was created for a purpose and given an appointed span in which to fulfill that purpose, in a manner that ensures its existence and continuance, provided it follows the course Allah intended for it.

Contemplating this vast universe shows us—not only the all-encompassing nature of His knowledge and the greatness of His power—but also the perfection of His wisdom.
