“Indeed, We have granted you a manifest conquest,(1)

so that Allah may forgive you your past and future sins, perfect His favor upon you, and guide you to a straight path,(2)

and that Allah may grant you a mighty victory.”

The Exalted also says,

“It is He who sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth so that He might cause it to prevail over every other religion; and Allah suffices as Witness.” ⦗al-Fath: 28⦘

In the Qur’an—and in the hadiths narrated from him, peace and blessings be upon him—there is information about what will occur in this world and in the Hereafter many times over what is found from the prophets before him. He even foretells an event that will take place years later with a report more complete than that of one who actually witnesses it, as in his authentic saying, peace and blessings be upon him: “The Hour will not be established until you fight the Turks—small-eyed, flat-nosed, ruddy-cheeked; they wear footwear made of hair; their faces are like hammered shields.
