Section: The Abrogation of the Mosaic Law and the Truth of the Messiah’s Dispensation

They said, moreover, that the very scriptures still in the hands of the Jews today—books revealed by Allah through the tongues of His commissioned prophets—bear witness that our offerings and sacrifices are holy and accepted by Allah.

Isaiah said:

“Allah declares: I know the children of Israel and the hardness and corruption of their hearts. When I reveal Myself to the nations and they behold My majesty, I shall raise up prophets from among them and send deliverers who will rescue the peoples of distant lands—those who have never heard My voice nor previously recognized My glory. My name shall dwell among them, and they will gather their brothers from every nation, bringing Allah’s offerings on beasts of burden and in conveyances to My holy mountain, the Sacred House in Jerusalem. They will present offerings of fine flour before Me, just as the children of Israel once did, and so will all the other nations; the offerings shall be brought into My presence, they and their offspring forever. They will make pilgrimage every year and every month—year after year—to the Holy House, the House of Allah, and there they will present to their Lord pure, unblemished offerings.

Then they will look upon the rebellious and wicked nation—the children of Israel—whose sorrow shall never wither and whose affliction shall never cease; their calamity is everlasting.”

[فَصْلٌ: نَسْخُ شَرْعِ التَّوْرَاةِ وَأَنَّ مَا جَاءَ بِهِ الْمَسِيحُ حَقٌّ] قَالُوا ثُمَّ شَهِدَ لِقَرَابِينِنَا وَذَبَائِحِنَا أَنَّهَا مُقَدَّسَةٌ مَقْبُولَةٌ لَدَى اللَّهِ مِنْ كُتُبِ الْيَهُودِ الَّتِي فِي أَيْدِيهِمْ يَوْمَنَا هَذَا الْمُنَزَّلَةِ مِنَ اللَّهِ عَلَى أَفْوَاهِ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ. قَالَ أَشْعِيَا: (قَالَ اللَّهُ: إِنِّي أَعْرِفُ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَقُلُوبَهُمُ الْقَاسِيَةَ الْخَبِيثَةَ فَإِذَا أَنَا ظَهَرْتُ إِلَى الْأُمَمِ فَنَظَرُوا إِلَى كَرَامَتِي أُقِيمُ مِنْهَا أَنْبِيَاءَ وَأَبْعَثُ مِنْهُمْ مُخَلِّصِينَ يُخَلِّصُونَ الْأُمَمَ مِنَ الْبُلْدَانِ الْقَاصِيَةِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يَسْمَعُوا بِسَمَاعِي، وَلَمْ يَعْرِفُوا مِنْ قَبْلُ كَرَامَتِي، وَيَكُونُ اسْمِي فِيهِمْ، وَيَجْلِبُونَ إِخْوَتَهُمْ مِنَ الْأُمَمِ كُلِّهَا، وَيُجِيبُونَ قَرَابِينَ اللَّهِ عَلَى الدَّوَابِّ وَالْمَرَاكِبِ إِلَى جَبَلٍ قُدْسِيٍّ بَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ، فَيُقَرِّبُونَ لِي الْقَرَابِينَ بِالسَّمِيدِ، كَمَا كَانَ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ مِنْ قَبْلُ وَكَذَلِكَ بَاقِي الْأُمَمِ وَتُقَرَّبُ الْقَرَابِينُ بَيْنَ يَدَيَّ، فَهُمْ وَزَرْعُهُمْ إِلَى الْأَبَدِ، وَيَحُجُّونَ فِي كُلِّ سَنَةٍ، وَفِي كُلِّ شَهْرٍ، وَمِنْ سَنَةٍ إِلَى سَنَةٍ إِلَى بَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ، بَيْتِ اللَّهِ وَيُقَرِّبُونَ لِلَّهِ رَبِّهِمْ فِيهِ قَرَابِينَ زَكِيَّةً نَقِيَّةً، يَنْظُرُونَ إِلَى الْأُمَّةِ الْخَبِيثَةِ الْمَارِدَةِ: بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ، لَا يَبْلَى حُزْنُهَا وَلَا يَنْقَطِعُ، بَلَاؤُهَا إِلَى الْأَبَدِ) .
