He, Most High, further says:

“And those who disbelieved will be driven to Hell in crowds; when they arrive, its gates will be flung open and its keepers will say, ‘Did messengers not come to you from among yourselves, reciting to you the revelations of your Lord and warning you of the meeting of this Day of yours?’ They will answer, ‘Yes indeed, but the word of punishment has become inevitable for the disbelievers.’” (Az-Zumar 39:71)

He, Exalted, also says:

“O company of jinn and humankind! Did messengers not come to you from among yourselves, rehearsing My verses to you and warning you of the encounter of this Day of yours?’ They will say, ‘We testify against ourselves.’ The life of this world deluded them, yet they will bear witness against themselves that they were disbelievers.” (Al-Anʿām 6:130)

He, Most High, says:

“Your Lord would never destroy the towns until He had sent to their principal city a messenger who recites to them Our revelations; We never destroy any towns unless their people are doing wrong.” (Al-Qaṣaṣ 28:59)

He, Most High, says:

“Were it not that a calamity might befall them because of what their own hands have wrought and they might then say, ‘Our Lord, why did You not send a messenger to us?’” (Al-Qaṣaṣ 28:47)

And His words:

“But when the truth came to them from Us they said, ‘Why has he not been given the like of what was given to Moses?’ Had they not already denied what was given to Moses before? They said, ‘Two sorceries supporting each other,’ and they declared, ‘We reject both of them altogether.’” (Al-Qaṣaṣ 28:48)
