He, exalted be He, also said:
“To Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth, so that He may recompense those who do evil for what they have done and reward those who do good with the finest reward.” ⦗al-Najm 53:31⦘
And it is well known that within Allah’s dominion lie other wisdoms besides recompensing the doers of good and evil.
Likewise, His saying:
“Allah created the heavens and the earth in truth, and so that every soul may be repaid in full for what it has earned; they shall not be wronged.” ⦗al-Jāthiyah 45:22⦘
He, exalted be He, said:
“We have revealed to you just as We revealed to Noah …” ⦗al-Nisāʾ 4:163⦘
—up to His words—
“messengers, bearers of glad tidings and warners, so that people would have no argument against Allah after the messengers.” ⦗al-Nisāʾ 4:165⦘
It is evident that in the very sending of the messengers lies the felicity of those who believe in them, along with other wisdoms beyond merely removing humankind’s plea against Allah.
Similarly, His statement—exalted is He:
“Thus He has subjected them to you so that you may magnify Allah for guiding you.” ⦗al-Ḥajj 22:37⦘
And it is clear that His making them subservient contains wisdoms and benefits in addition to the act of glorification.
And His saying:
“… and so that you may complete the number and magnify Allah for guiding you.” ⦗al-Baqarah 2:185⦘
