“O mankind, eat of what is lawful and wholesome on the earth, and do not follow the footsteps of Satan; indeed, he is to you a manifest enemy.” (Al-Baqarah 168) (168)
“He only commands you to evil, indecency, and to say about Allah what you do not know.” (Al-Baqarah 169) (169)
“And when it is said to them, ‘Follow what Allah has revealed,’ they say, ‘Rather, we follow what we found our fathers upon,’ even though their fathers understood nothing and were not rightly guided?” (Al-Baqarah 170)
