—up to His statement:

“And how many a sign there is in the heavens and on earth that they pass by, yet they turn away from it.” ⦗Yūsuf: 105⦘

He—the Exalted—also said:

“Allah has promised you many spoils that you will capture; He has hastened this one for you, restrained the hands of people from you, and so it may be a sign for the believers.” ⦗al-Fath: 20⦘

And He said:

“We made the son of Mary and his mother a sign, and We sheltered them on a hillside, a place of rest and flowing water.” ⦗al-Muʾminūn: 50⦘

As for the word muʿjiz (that which incapacitates), it merely denotes that something has rendered others powerless, just as He—the Exalted—said:

“They can in no way escape Us.” ⦗az-Zumar: 51⦘

And He said:

“You cannot escape Him on earth, nor in the sky.” ⦗al-ʿAnkabūt: 22⦘
