And the Exalted One also said:

“Say, ‘I control neither benefit nor harm for myself except as Allah wills.’” (al-Aʿrāf 7:188)

Likewise, in the prophecy of Isaiah it is reported that he described Muhammad as the Urkoun of peace; and peace or salām is Islam. Thus he made clear that Muhammad is the master of the religion of Islam. There is no doubt that every prophet was sent with the religion of Islam, yet this religion—together with its very name—never became manifest and its remembrance never spread throughout the earth as it did through Muhammad. Hence Muhammad is the Urkoun of Islam who encompasses every form of goodness and virtue, just as Iblīs is the Urkoun of evil.

Concerning Noah, the Exalted said:

“O my people, if my presence among you and my reminding you of Allah’s signs have become burdensome to you, then in Allah I have placed my trust. So gather your plan and your partners, let not your affair be hidden from you, then carry it out against me and give me no respite. But if you turn away, I have asked you for no reward; my reward rests only with Allah, and I have been commanded to be among the Muslims.” (Yūnus 10:71–72)
