the Paraclete will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send him to you. He will reprimand the world for its sin. I still have much to say to you, yet you cannot bear it now. However, when that Spirit of Truth comes, he will guide you into all truth, for he will not speak on his own; rather, he will speak whatever he hears and will tell you about what is to come. He will disclose to you everything that belongs to the Father.”
John the disciple also relates that the Messiah said, “The ruler of this world is coming, and I have nothing.”
Matthew the disciple reports that the Messiah said, “Have you never read: ‘The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; this came from God, and it is marvelous in our eyes’? Therefore I tell you: the kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to another nation that eats its fruit, and whoever falls upon this stone
