Praise belongs to Allah, to Whom belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth; His is the praise in the Hereafter, and He is the All-Wise, the All-Aware. He knows what sinks into the earth and what comes forth from it, what comes down from the sky and what ascends therein, and He is the Most Merciful, the All-Forgiving. (Sabaʾ: 1–2)

Praise belongs to Allah, Originator of the heavens and the earth, who appoints the angels as messengers with wings—two, three, or four; He adds to His creation whatever He wills, for Allah has power over all things. Whatever mercy Allah opens up for people, no one can withhold; and whatever He withholds, none can release after Him. He is the Mighty, the Wise. (Fātir: 1–2)

I bear witness that there is no god worthy of worship but Allah, alone, without partner—the Ever-Living, the Self-Sustaining, whom neither drowsiness overtakes nor sleep: “To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what lies before them and what lies behind them, and they grasp nothing of His knowledge except what He wills.
