And He—exalted is He—also says:

“Before this they would pray for victory over those who disbelieved; yet when there came to them what they themselves recognized, they rejected it. So the curse of Allah is upon the disbelievers.” (Q 2:89)

And He—exalted is He—says:

“Shall I seek any judge other than Allah, when it is He who has sent down to you the Book in full detail? Those to whom We gave the Scripture know well that it has been sent down from your Lord in truth, so do not be among those who doubt.” (Q 6:114)

And He—exalted is He—says:

“Is it not a sufficient sign for them that the scholars of the Children of Israel recognize it?” (Q 26:197)

And He—exalted is He—says:

“Say, ‘Allah is sufficient as a witness between me and you, and so too is whoever possesses knowledge of the Scripture.’” (Q 13:43)

And He—exalted is He—says:

“When they hear what has been sent down to the Messenger, you see their eyes overflow with tears because of the truth they have recognized.” (Q 5:83)
