This Spirit, then, is the messenger, as He said:

He breathed into her from that Spirit, and thus the Messiah was created from this Spirit and from his mother Mary—exactly as the Creed states that he was incarnate of Mary and of the Holy Spirit. Yet they came to believe that the Holy Spirit from which the Messiah was created along with Mary is the very Life of God. Nothing in the scriptures supports this; in fact, all the scriptures state quite the opposite. It also clashes with their claim that the entity united with the Messiah is the hypostasis of the Word—which, in their terminology, is Knowledge.
If he was incarnate of Mary while the hypostasis of the Word was not incarnate of the Holy Spirit, then he was not from the Holy Spirit; and if he was from the Holy Spirit, he was not from the Word. If he were from both, the Messiah would consist of two hypostases: the hypostasis of the Word and the hypostasis of the Spirit.
All three Christian denominations nevertheless insist that the only entity united with him is the hypostasis of the Word, not the hypostasis of Life. Their very Creed is therefore self-contradictory, and their explanation of the prophets’ words is demonstrably mistaken.
